All Watches being returned for a refund or
exchange must still be rapped in plastic and in unworn condition.
If it is worn and the band is out of the
plastic it is a warranty only situation.

120-180-day Iron-Clad Warranty Policy
- Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does
not include water damage, intentional damage, loose pins, breaking
the band dropping the watch knocking the hands loose or general
wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.). Do
to excessive abuse of our casual return policy we are now only
covering the mechanical parts (Inside the watch.)
- Although the watches are water-resistant to a certain degree,
we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make
sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not
get in
- You must email us for a return authorization # also with a tracking
number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the
returns, we will be looking for your return authorization # and
tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to
us in advance or return authorization #will be refused and returned
to the customer
- Although the gold plating is very thick, we cannot determine
how you will wear the watch. Therefore the plating of the gold
is not covered by the warranty
- Watches cannot be tampered with in any way. All watchcases are
installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase
and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch.
Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open
it up without our permission.
- If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement
of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you
can choose another product of the same value
- Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping
damages
- Intentional crown/stem and band damages are not covered. In
most cases, crown/stem and band damages results from the customer
pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement
also ruff use causing band damage..
- Allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your repaired product
- The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged

Policy
- The product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days
from the day you received it. Also clearly marked with the return
authorization # on the outside of the package.
- You must email us with a tracking number after your product
has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking
for your tracking number and return authorization # Packages without
tracking numbers and return authorization # emailed and requested
to us in advance will be returned to the customer.

- The product must be returned unused and in the original condition
you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of
wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged
for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, your
refund/exchange policy is void
- The product is subject to final inspection before your return
is processed
- Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping
damages or any lost packages
- Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card
statement
If there is a mistake on our part, Or your package was damaged
in shipping we will gladly pay for reshipping you the correct product
or your replacement.
Shipping is not refundable under any circumstance.
The Japan-made movement in your replica is simply a mechanical
ingenuity. It is incomparable to the lower-quality Asian-made movements.
If our competitors think their Asian-made replicas are the same
quality as our exclusive Japan-made replicas, ask them to offer
you the same warranty we offer. You won't be surprised they can't
offer that same level of protection.

Your order may be returned if damaged during shipping or if it
doesn't meet your satisfaction for any reason. Notification of dissatisfaction
or shipping damage must be made via email within 3 days of order
receipt. All orders returned will be shipped at the buyers expense!
Once the 3 days have past all sales are final. Please insure your
return. We are not responsible for shipping damages or any lost
packages.
